Final Interviews typically last 3 hours.  Please note: If you are considered a good fit for positions across multiple campuses, you will be invited to teach one demo lesson and meet the leaders of each school considering you for a position.

Tips for Submitting your Application

If you are having difficulty submitting your application, please follow these troubleshooting tips:

  1. Use Firefox as your browser. We’ve gotten feedback from other applicants that our system tends to function better when using Firefox. To download Firefox, click here.
  2. Answer all questions. If a question does not apply to you, be sure to type or select “N/A”.  Leave no boxes empty.
  3. Compose your essays in advance. We recommend you write your essays in a Word document and then cut and paste them directly into the application after you finish. Please note: Spelling and grammar are taken into consideration when reviewing essay responses.
  4. Look for a confirmation message. If you click ‘submit’ and you are returned to your application, scroll to the top to review errors in your application.  Error messages are located immediately under the ‘log out’ link, but the text is written in black so it can be easy to miss. You will know your application has submitted successfully when you click ‘submit’ and see a confirmation message thanking you for your application.

If you continue to have trouble after following these instructions, email helpdesk@kipp.org and include a detailed description of your issue. Screen shots are always helpful. Please, no phone calls.
