KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools is proud to celebrate Tracey Cooke, 7th Grade ELA teacher and Grade Level Chair at KIPP West Philadelphia Preparatory, who has been named a 2026 Nouryon All-Pro Teacher by the Philadelphia Eagles and Nouryon.

Cooke was selected as one of just 10 educators across the tri-state area for the 2026 All-Pro Teacher roster, which recognizes outstanding educators for the contributions they make to their students, schools, and communities.

KIPP West Philadelphia Preparatory Principal Angela Cuff nominated her for the recognition, and the Philadelphia Eagles and Nouryon celebrated her at the Eagles game on August 28.
For Cooke, the recognition comes after 22 years in education, including eight years serving KIPP Philadelphia students and families.

Throughout her time at KIPP Philadelphia, Cooke has brought experience, care, high expectations, and a deep commitment to her KIPPsters into the classroom. Her impact reflects the role educators play not only in helping students grow academically, but in creating school communities where young people feel known, challenged, and supported.

Her recognition also reflects the caliber of educators serving KIPPsters across KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools, professionals who bring their expertise and dedication to classrooms every day while continuing to grow alongside their students.

The celebration may not be over yet. Cooke is also a nominee for the 2026 Teacher of the Year Award.
