The mission of KIPP North Philadelphia Academy is to cultivate the intellect, foster the character, and ignite the imagination of our students so they can become leaders who choose their own futures in college and beyond.

We will realize our mission and vision if we are successful at living our values every day. Our values are teamwork, determination, excellence, integrity, bravery, and joy. These values are the basis for everything we do at KIPP North Philadelphia Academy and describe how students, staff, and families will act in our school community.

KNPA has a well-rounded and academically rigorous program that includes one hour of math, science and social studies as well as 2.5 hours of literacy instruction daily. Students also have classes in art, music, character and have scheduled recess time.
