If you are a current KIPP Philadelphia employee eager to grow as a leader and eventually develop into a School Leader, then KIPP Philadelphia’s Emerging Leaders Program is right for you.
As a participant in our Emerging Leader Program, you will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills with the KIPP Philadelphia team. You will learn about the KIPP leadership mindset, goal setting, meeting facilitation, change management, giving feedback, and other leadership topics.
At the end of the program, Emerging Leaders will have a toolkit of strategies that they can apply in real-time and carry with them as they grow into school leaders. The Emerging Leaders Program serves as a community of practice where participants will have the opportunity to critically engage as learners with others who are developing leaders.
