Greetings from the heart of Mount Laurel, New Jersey! I’m Kiana Webb and I proudly graduated from Rancocas Valley Regional High School. It was there that my deep passion for sports began. With a background in Track and field, I’m thrilled to step into the coaching role for flag football. I spent a rewarding summer managing a team and soaking up knowledge from the sidelines. I’m eager to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to the team, helping each player discover their full potential. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that sports are a platform for growth, both as athletes and as individuals.
